Abstract

Tension-type headaches are a common form of headache characterized by mild to moderate pain and a feeling of pressure or tightness around the head. These headaches can significantly impact an individual's quality of life and productivity. While various treatment approaches exist, there is growing interest in complementary and alternative therapies, such as yoga, for managing tensiontype headaches.Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote physical and mental well-being.
