Abstract

Nurse researchers play a crucial role in advancing evidence-based practice and enhancing patient care outcomes. This review article explores the significance of nurse researchers in bridging the gap between research and practice, ultimately leading to improved healthcare delivery. By synthesizing existing literature on the subject, this paper highlights the diverse contributions of nurse researchers in generating new knowledge, translating research findings into clinical settings, and promoting a culture of evidence-based care. The discussion also delves into the challenges faced by nurse researchers, such as limited resources and institutional barriers, and proposes strategies to overcome these obstacles. Furthermore, the ethical considerations and implications of nurse-led research in promoting patient-centered care are examined. Overall, this review underscores the vital role of nurse researchers in driving innovation, enhancing quality of care, and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
