Emotional hygiene is about noticing your feelings and tending to your psychological health, just as you would practice good physical hygiene with brushing your teeth or showering each day, you can also benefit from small daily practices that keep your mind balanced. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to assess the knowledge regarding emotional hygiene among working women from selected organizations of Pune city in view to develop information booklet.
