Abstract

The present study investigates the effect of the hybrid working model on job satisfaction among IT employees. The hybrid working model, characterized by a blend of remote work and in-office work, has gained increasing popularity in recent years. Understanding its influence on job satisfaction is crucial for promoting employee well-being and organizational success in this evolving work landscape.
