In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of interprofessional collaboration in healthcare settings. Collaborative practice among nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals has been shown to enhance patient care, reduce medical errors, and improve overall healthcare outcomes. By working together as a cohesive team, healthcare professionals can leverage their unique skills and expertise to provide comprehensive and holistic care to patients. Interprofessional collaboration and social integration are crucial aspects of modern nursing practice, contributing significantly to improved patient outcomes and overall healthcare quality. This review article aims to explore the various strategies and initiatives that can be implemented to promote interprofessional collaboration and enhance social integration within nursing teams. By synthesizing existing literature and research findings, this review provides insights into the benefits of fostering strong relationships between healthcare professionals and promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
