The present study conducted onthe library professionals shortage and educational qualifications problem faced in selected Govt. Degree College Libraries of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is a descriptive study based on the survey method and to serve this purpose random sampling was applied; consequently, 14 degree college libraries of Himachal Pradesh were selected for this study. For the collection of data, a questionnaire was prepared for Library professionals to judge the problem and perspective of human resource management in their concerning libraries.
