The utilization of medicinal plants has played a crucial role in the development of effective therapeutic medicines. P. daemia, a plant species rich in diverse phytoconstituents such as flavonoids, glycosides, tannins, and terpenoids, has garnered significant attention in the field of natural medicine. These secondary metabolites have demonstrated potential in the treatment of various chronic disorders, including cancer, arthritis, and diabetes. Moreover, they exhibit noteworthy pharmacological actions such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antibacterial effects.
