The main goal of this research is to understand how people view house loans and customers should assess their satisfaction in light of the Indian banks in operation. The convenience sampling method is used in this study, which is descriptive in nature. This study is conducted in the district of Karimnagar and Medak in Telangana in India among both males and females ranges group of age Between 21 – 60 years. The findings indicate that overall, borrowers in Telangana's Karimnagar and Medak districts gave positive responses to questions on their attitudes regarding home loans.
