Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the success rate of simultaneous implant placement with bone ring for sinus augmentation and to decrease the time of procedure. Materials and methods: A total of forty implants were placed with sinus augmentation. Twenty implants were placed simultaneously with chin bone ring (study group) and twenty implants were placed after the two stages lateral sinus lift approach. The success rate of implants was evaluated, Also schneiderian membrane perforation was reported at time of surgery
