In this article that the possibility of preparing athletes for Paralympic competitions is studied on the basis of kinematic studiesand many years of preparation.At the current stage, the effectiveness of changing the volume of general training training loads, speed-strength and special training exercises in qualified athletes has been studied. One of the main goals of field scientists is to introduce tools and methods into the training process that will give great results in a short period of time. The results of this study reveal the results of the kinematic analysis of the selected method of carrying out these loads, the size and intensity of the loads that are selected for each stage of the training of para-athletes.
