Abstract

TMPRSS4, a member of the transmembrane serine protease (TTSP) family, is notably overexpressed in various cancer types, including pancreatic, ovarian, thyroid, colorectal, lung, breast, cervical, gall bladder, gastric, and liver cancer. This suggests its potential as an innovative therapeutic target for solid tumors.
