Floods are a regular disaster every year in North Luwu Regency when the rainy season arrives. A total of 46 areas in North Luwu Regency are prone to flooding. This study aims to dig up in-depth information regarding the implementation of flood disaster management in North Luwu Regency from the aspects of input, process and output. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by in-depth interviews by testing the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The informants in this study were determined using a purposive sampling technique.
