Cloud Storage Monitoring is one of the important aspects of cloud computing.Cloud Storage can be monitored by keeping track of the files that are being stored in theclouds necessary to keep track of the files that are being stored in the cloud. Also thereshould be some mechanism through which cloud storage can be optimized. There can beduplicate files in the cloud residing with the same name or a different name. The idea is tohandle the duplicate files with a technique known as De-Duplication. There are two kindsofDe-Duplicationtechniques-FileLevelDe-DuplicationandBlockLevelDe-Duplication.File Level De-Duplication is implemented in the proposed project.
