Water is highly essential element for every living being, andindispensable resource for everyday agricultural and industrial practices. Generally, mostof the water resources are subjected to pollution through the discharging of varied types of contaminants into nature water bodies. Moreover, the insufficient water supply due to population expansion andthe ultimate increase in social and economic activities, lead people, especially farms and domestic consumers, to use untraditional, hazardous water resources as wastewater effluents, for different domestic and agricultural practices. Consequently, the overall water quality characteristics are in decrease to be used for crop irrigation or for further consumption of the yield harvest.
