Distributed file systems have become increasingly popular due to the growth of data in today’s digital age. With the growth of data, it has become essential to have an efficient system that can handle the large data sets that are generated. Distributed file systems offer a solution by providing a way to store and manage large amounts of data across multiple servers. However, searching for files in a distributed file system can be challenging due to the lack of an efficient indexing and search service. An integrated indexing and search service can improve the performance of distributed file systems by enabling faster and more efficient search operations.In this paper, we will review the concept of an integrated indexing and search service for distributed file systems.
