Abstract

Spirituality is a multifaceted concept that incorporates numerous ideals, practices, and academic disciplines. Spirituality is, at its core, a profoundly private and individualistic pursuit involving the search for a connection to something greater than oneself. This connection can take many forms, including spiritual beliefs, religious practices, or a sense of wonderment and wonder at the natural world. In recent years, there has been a developing interest in spirituality's role in promoting health and wellbeing. Spirituality has been shown to have a variety of positive effects on physical and mental health, including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, enhancing immune function, and enhancing sentiments of meaning and purpose in life. Mindfulness and meditation are two of the primary means by which spirituality can aid in the reduction of stress. These practices involve concentrating one's attention on the present moment without judgment or distraction and can help individuals cultivate an internal sense of calm and resilience in the face of stress and adversity
